Description: I believe that it is important to assist students in a way that encourages them and that allows them to come to answers on their own. This comes through strategic questions that gets the student to think. I also believe in giving students the basic fundamentals of writing and then allowing them to see those fundamentals in action. In addition, I attempt to foster an environment that champions independence. Once a student is equipped with the proper learning tools, I hope that he or she will be able to apply those tools on his or her own and are able to realize when to use them correctly.
